The way to achieve this is not leaning on your "job" to just make ends meet; you have to have other (or multiple) source/s of income to fill your other requirement/s. Business is the key!!!
When I was in college, our professors told us that we (students) are not studying to become the best "employees"; but we're teaching you to become one of the best businessmen/women.
They also added: You can't control what you want to earn when you're employed; you can't even take your earnings for a days work... yeah, they're right!!
Here in the Philippines, depending on what you enjoy or want... You can do business! It doesn't matter if you have limited resources... Just be patient and..who knows? You might become a multi-millionaire like "Lucio Tan, Henry Sy, John Gokongwei to name a few..."
